This study guide was prepared by the Care Group team at Island ECC to assist small groups dive deeper into the book of Ephesians, with a special focus on relationships and work. Ephesians is one of Paul's most comprehensive letters, presenting the grand story of God's redemptive plan: from our adoption in Christ to the ultimate unity of all things under Him. It reminds us that our identity is found not in what we do, but in who we are in Christ, and calls us to live out this identity in our relationships and daily work.
