This year’s retreat has two primary goals:

1. Recharge and Connect: Spend quality time with other leaders who share your passion. Engage in fellowship that will uplift and motivate you as you navigate the challenges of leadership.

2. Elevate Your Care Groups: We will explore how to take your Care Groups to the next level. Each group has its own unique aspirations—whether it's fostering greater commitment, enhancing Bible study experiences, or building a stronger sense of community. We will tackle these important topics and more.

Investment in Growth

The cost of the retreat is $600, which covers all food and lodging for the weekend. The last day to sign up for the retreat is December 31, but if you sign up before December 10 you get to take advantage of our early bird pricing of $500!

Additionally, if you have committed members in your Care Group who could benefit from this experience, we encourage you to invite them to join us.
